3D WORK AND WELDING TABLE SYSTEMS

Oversized welded parts, such as those used for facade construction, are welded on our large welding stations. At our welding station with a rail system, several standard welding tables can be flexibly linked to form a large work area of 24 x 4 m. A grid system embedded in the floor, accurate to a tenth of a second, enables the tables to be set up precisely. This is how we achieve high precision and repeatability.

We use the following welding processes:

  • MAG welding
  • TIG welding
  • MIG welding
  • Spot welding
  • Weld studs

Manual welding and robot welding from individual parts to large series
