LONGITUDINAL SEAM WELDING OF PIPES
We can use the longitudinal seam welding machine to weld pre-rounded sheets into tubes.
Process:
- TIG welding with automatic cold wire feed
- The pipe is clamped on the copper rail and the weld seam is formed with inert gas
- Speed is infinitely variable
Parameter:
Pipe length: max. 2000 mm
Pipe diameter: min. 150 mm max. 800 mm
Sheet thickness VA: 1,0 - 3.0 mm
